A note on the 50% surcharge. Public holidays are the days I'm most often asked to work and least able to say yes. The surcharge is what makes those dates possible at all — and it's applied to the base rate, listed on your quote before you commit, never added afterwards. On a Christmas peak night the peak rate replaces the base rate and the surcharge is not added on top — never both for the same night.
Questions

Before you book.

How do I pay?
Bank transfer or cash. A deposit secures peak dates; the balance is due at the end of the stay unless we've agreed otherwise.
Do you charge for the meet-and-greet?
No. It's free and there's no obligation to book afterwards.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than seven days out and any deposit is refunded in full. Inside seven days on a peak date the deposit is retained, because that date almost certainly can't be refilled. Full detail is in the terms of service.
Is the quote firm?
Yes. The quote you accept includes every surcharge that applies to your dates. The only things that change it are changes you ask for.
